Please indicate quantities needed per style and then submit via e-mail. Size breakdowns are helpful, but unnecessary for a quote. Submit finished art (A), or request design services (B) (A) Completed designs prepared on Castelli templates need to be submitted with your quote request. (B) If you need extensive design services a $500 art deposit is required. This will be applied toward the total of your order, but is nonrefundable in the event the project is cancelled. Submit design concepts with your logos. Logos must be submitted in vector format to be useable, no exceptions. After submitting (A) or (B), you will receive an electronic art file of your final design. Next, a printed fabric version will be sent to you for color approval. Both items must be signed and dated and faxed to 503-961-8577.	Fit kit request and final order submission Submit fit kit requests to your inside sales representative. Fit kits may be kept for up to 30 days. A credit card must be provided as security. You will be charged for your samples only if the kit is not returned within the stated period. Submit your final order and you will be provided with a PDF copy to approve. This is your last opportunity to make revisions or correct errors. As with art, we need a signed and dated copy. Deposit Provide us with 50% of your order total. Production Once approvals for art, color and units, and deposit money have been received production will begin. No additional changes can be made at this time. Completion time is 8 weeks from the day approvals are received. This does not include the time garments are in transit to your location. Final Payment and Shipping An inside sales representative will contact you to collect final payment prior to shipping. All orders will be sent ground unless otherwise specified, and at the customer’s expense.
